ABOUT US

Signet combines over 30 years' expertise in regulated global asset management and wealth advisory services with a profound understanding of the investment processes required to successfully navigate the financial markets.

THE COMPANY

Signet is an asset manager and wealth advisor with broad and comprehensive expertise serving individual, family office and institutional clients globally. We create value for our clients by pursuing outperformance through market cycles and weigh risk versus reward to ensure they’re on the right side of change.

Our team

We are an international and experienced team of specialist advisors, analysts and fund managers with a reputation for excellence and original thought. Each of us joined Signet because we desired a more entrepreneurial and independent environment in which to advise our clients and deliver our hard-earned skills.

Experience

We offer an unrivalled investment platform based on decades of experience in portfolio and fund management, risk management, fund strategies in both developed and emerging markets, and the art of wealth management. We strive to build trusted partnerships with our clients to maximise value creation and achieve targeted results.

Global Reach

We have formed partnerships with leading providers of financial services, international banks, fund administrators, auditors and legal advisors.

Icon

Committed to aligning our incentives with those of our clients, i.e. putting our money where our mouth is.

Icon

Manages and advises on assets in excess of $1bn through investment fund strategies and individual, tailored managed accounts.

Icon

Transparent sector preferences, currently focused on Information Technology, Health Care, Consumer-Retail, Sports & Entertainment.

Our Ethos

Forward thinking

Sometimes the most attractive opportunities hide in plain sight. Right now, we have identified a range of life-changing, long-run secular themes which we consider hold significant potential for investors.

A sense of purpose

We are not a traditional investment house. Where others take a broad approach, we play to our strengths and focus on in-depth due diligence. And rather than swagger, we prefer to underpromise and overdeliver.

Embrace change

While some investment houses struggle with a changing world, Signet relishes the ‘new order’ brought about by global disruption and the opportunities it brings.

Collaborative

We welcome insights from employees and clients alike, seizing every opportunity to improve our processes, philosophy and strategies.

Staying focused

We filter out market noise, short-lived trends, uninformed opinion and those with an axe to grind. All investment decisions are arrived at by design.

What we stand for

We will never try to be all things to all men. We know our strengths and how to build on them.

Managing the downside

To us, this is equally as important as generating good performance. Drawdowns are not just about potential capital loss, but a loss of opportunity.

Strong foundations

Before making a commitment, we turn over many stones. As long term, high conviction investors — who expect the unexpected — very little tests our patience or resolve.
